During times of congestion, heavy use, or excessive users of data, speeds may be reduced. The service agreement requires the return of network equipment upon cancellation or $250 equipment charges will be applied to the customer account. Installation prices vary based on internet technology type and service. In some instances, the antenna must face the nearest broadcast site with an unobstructed view. Unusual antenna mounting or extended cabling requirements will require an additional fee.
